How to Choose the Correct 2nd Year Paper
- Select your engineering branch before choosing a subject.
- Check whether your exam is for Semester 3 or Semester 4.
- Match the complete subject code with your syllabus or admit card.
- Practise the latest session first, then compare older papers for recurring topics.
AKTU has used different K-series and B-series codes across syllabus schemes. Similar subject names may still refer to different schemes.

AKTU BTech 2nd Year Question Paper FAQs
Which semesters are included in BTech second year?
AKTU BTech second year covers Semester 3 and Semester 4. Use the semester links or select your branch to browse available papers.
Can CSE and IT students use the same paper?
Only when the subject code and syllabus scheme match. A similar subject name does not by itself confirm that the paper is correct for both branches.
Why are open electives listed separately?
Open electives may be available to students from several branches. Keeping them separate prevents the same paper from being added to multiple branch totals.
Do all PYQs include solutions?
No. A listing is an original question paper unless a solution is explicitly identified on the individual resource page.
