Ryzenstudy respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe any content on this platform infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure outlined below.

Our Content Policy

Ryzenstudy hosts Previous Year Question Papers (PYQs) from AKTU university for educational, non-commercial purposes. These academic documents are intended to help students prepare for examinations. We operate in good faith and will promptly remove any content that is legitimately claimed to be infringing.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a copyright infringement claim, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. The exact URL(s) on Ryzenstudy where the allegedly infringing material is located
  4. Your contact information: name, address, email address, and phone number
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

Response Timeline

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Ryzenstudy will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
  • Remove or disable access to the content within 72 hours
  • Notify the uploader (if applicable) of the takedown

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its original location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Ryzenstudy will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
